Ocean Temperature Monitoring System

ADC's state-of-the-art miniaturized environmental monitoring system provides an enhanced data collection system for bottom water temperatures. This system uses radio-frequency (RF) communication for wireless data transfer to a hand-held computer that can instantly plot temperatures recorded by the sensor. A pressure sensor is included in the device so that depth changes can be correlated with temperature. In addition, RF energy is used to recharge batteries within the system so that it remains completely sealed at all times.
