T1021 Senior Design Engineer
Senior Design Engineer to drive the design, release to production and support ADC's manufacturing. Supports the marketing organization and product engineering to define engineering solutions for ADC's customers.
Reporting to the Design Engineering Manager, tasked to develop and drive the design teams of ADC. Work with manufacturing and marketing to manage new projects. Establish design timelines for new projects and manage resources for the completion of design projects within budget and schedule, meeting or exceeding specification requirements. Develop ADC's core competence in engineering consulting design and help define the company's technology and manufacturing.
Experience: Require B.S. or M.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years design experience. Strong CAD design experience desired. Strong background and demonstrated experience in project management, proposal write up, material/component selection. Ability to work well with other team members (Design - Marketing - Manufacturing group). Ability to take initiative in both defining and developing solutions.
M1256 ENGINEER PHYSICIST

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will have a proven record that fulfills the majority of these requirements:
- Minimum BS; MS or Ph.D. strongly preferred
- 2+ years of industry engineering experience
- Com pete nt in electronic hardware.
- Strong and current experience in manufacturing technology
- Proven ability to manage diverse, simultaneous projects of varying complexities
- Record of achieving objectives; successful project completion, within budget and time frame
- Demonstrated peripheral vision; designing for specific needs, but with wider applications in mind
- Literate, communicative, client-friendly and flexible
- US Citizen

CNC MACHINIST - MACHINING CENTER and / or LATHES (2 Positions)
Skilled CNC Precision Machinists. Challenging work requires a minimum of five (5) years solid experience in set-up and operation of CNC horizontal or vertical HAAS machining centers or Lathes. Close tolerance work and short runs. Must be able to check own work. Familiarity with Fanuc controls and "live tooling" a plus.
Electrical Controls Engineer
Design, develop and test digital motion control solutions for electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems while providing technical direction and leadership to a team of engineers and technicians. BSEE required, MSEE preferred with a minimum of 8 years related experience.
Junior Engineer
ADC has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We have an immediate need for a Junior Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)!
This Junior Engineer will assist with design & assembly of our standard and custom systems under the guidance and leadership of senior engineers. As the engineer gains productivity and time permits, the engineer will also take on independent engineering tasks. The engineer will work under supervision of an engineering manager to ensure that all functional requirements and specifications are successfully met. This engineer will work with design teams to develop and prepare full designs and proposals for new and renovation projects. The engineer must maintain a high standard of quality in their deliverables and assist in resolving problems as they arise. Candidates must be fast learners who enjoy working collaboratively. This is a great entry-level engineering opportunity!
- View and understand existing standard products.
- Bug fixing: Work with the project manager to investigate and help resolve system bugs.
- Documentation: Help create documentation and processes for collecting test information, including the design specifications.
- Time management & deadline adherence: Work with the project manager to develop a realistic delivery schedule and complete projects on time.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- The selected candidate must be able to work under limited supervision and be able to provide formal and informal written and oral feedback/recommendations to senior decision makers.
- The ability to produces CAD models and drawings. (AutoDesk Inventor preferred.)
- Produce accurate and concise technical reports.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 0 - 4 yrs experience engineering development
- B.S. or M.S. in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field
- Motivated to work with a hi-pace, hi-tech, team
- Must be computer savvy and have the ability to use multiple software programs
