Scientists and Engineers Can Fill their Wish Lists with ADC’s New Catalog
09/24/2004 - 11/30/-0001
Lansing, NY, September 24, 2004 -- Advanced Design Consulting‟s new 2004/2005 catalog of products for physicists, chemists, biologists, and mechanical and aerospace engineers is twice as big as last year‟s.
“The theme of this year‟s catalog is „Outfitting Momentum,‟ and it reflects the way ADC has kept pace with the scientific and research needs of our customers,” says Alex Deyhim, ADC‟s
president. “Our recent addition of three state-of-the-art laboratories and a new manufacturing area has tripled the company‟s space and keeps us on track as a leading global supplier of advanced technology products and systems. ADC‟s expertise in precision robotics, sub-micron positioning systems, and optical subsystems enable us to provide a broad array of high-precision instruments to commercial, academic, and government agencies throughout the world.”
The new catalog contains some thirty four custom products, including X-ray mirror systems,
insertion devices, complete beamline assemblies, high precision translators, and spectrometers, including the Spectrometer for Inelastic X-ray Measurements used at the Spring-8 in Japan.
The catalog also features standard products such as high precision slits, precision crossed roller jacks, crossed roller slides, standard precision crossed optical tables, and precision rotation stages. It also has Eulerian and Kappa goniometers, plus motor controller/driver.
In addition to quality products, the catalog features several reference sections, including primers on synchrotrons, insertion devices, particle physics, and ultra high vacuums. There is also a section comparing the world‟s light sources.
“The solutions Advanced Design Consulting can provide will enhance the capabilities and
productivity of our customers in manufacturing, engineering, and research applications,” Deyhim says. “We apply leading-edge technology to our engineering solutions, and we‟re proud of our standing within the scientific community.”
